Crucible Guard Mechaniks are members of the small but dedicated Mechanik Corps of the Crucible Guard that maintain and repair the army’s vital warjacks. These soldiers are not defenseless and are cross-trained for combat, as they must often carry out repairs in the midst of battle. Thus for defense they are armed with the light-weight Crucible Arms “Weaver” Carbine which provides sufficient firepower without reducing mobility as well as a blow torch which can be used as an improvised weapon if needed.
