Llael is a fallen and fragmented nation in western Immoren. The nation used to be one of the Iron Kingdoms created by the Corvis Treaties after the rebellion against the Orgoth consisting of what used to be Rynyr and the eastern lands of old Umbrey. The nation of Llael was rich in natural resources and situated in a stratergic position to take advantage of trade between nations. However corruption and political instability resulted in the nation increasing relying on its ally Cygnar for protection but in 604 AR Khador launched a surprise invasion which resulted in the nation being conquered and absorbed into the newly formed Khadoran Empire with the exception of Rhydden which was held by the Llaelese resistance .[1]
What used to be Llael has further fractured with the Northern Crusade of the Protectorate of Menoth seizing large swathes of land and recently Cygnar has invaded occupied Llael with an uneasy alliance with the resistance and the Crucible Guard .[1][2]
