MOW Strike Tanker

Strike Tanker firing a barrage of armor-piercing rounds at high velocity

Man-O-War Strike Tankers are a new addition to ranks of the Man-O-Corps. The Man-O-War tanker armor which stands on the same level as a heavy warjack was developed by Khador to counter the heavier firepower being brought to the battlefield by their enemies. The Strike Tanker capable of not only unleashing powerful attacks against enemy targets but also protect itself and fellow soldiers with its massive tower shields. The Strike Tanker is deployed when facing heavy armor or an enemy entrenched in heavily defended fortifications. [1]

Both the anti-infantry Suppression Tanker and the Strike Tanker share the large and extremely thick tower shield. While its main purpose is to protect the tanker and fellow soldiers behind from projectiles and shrapnel it can also become a powerful weapon. The shield combined with the sheer power of the tanker armor allows it to charge at enemies crushing and bashing enemy troops, bulldozing buildings or even cracking open the hull of a heavy warjack with the swipe of its tower shield. Unlike the Suppression Tanker, the Strike Tanker is designed to defeat armored targets such as fortifications or warjacks. For this it is armed with a shoulder-mounted slug cannon. The slug cannon is high-caliber, armor-piercing cannon fed by a five-chambered rotary cylinder with a ammunition hopper that automatically reloads empty chambers. The slug cannon harnesses steam from the strike tanker’s boiler in dual pressure chambers. At full power, a slug cannon can breach bunker walls and other fortifications with ease and is also effective against more mobile targets such as battle engines and can even do considerable damage against colossals.[1]
